The business was started by company founder Emily who gained skills and experience working under the management of Charlie from A Furry World in London in 2003.
Starting with cat clients Candy and Floss in 2009, Candyfloss Cats now has a client base of just under 1000 homes in Glasgow.
All carers are trained, insured and vetted with recent clear Scottish Disclosures. The team are covered by Petplan Sanctuary insurance and have qualifications in Cat First Aid Training. Every visit is monitored and quality controlled by a manager so you can rest assured that no matter which carer visits your home, the quality of the service will remain consistently high.
Emily Devine Miller
(Founder)
Emily started working in pet care professionally in London in 2003 and started Candyfloss Cats in 2009. She lives in Maybole with her husband, their dog Pearl and chickens; The Lucky Cluckers.
Sam Glancy
(Manager)
Sam lives in Anniesland and joined the team in 2024. With a background in customer service and administration, Sam brings a wealth of experience in enhancing team performance. Her dedication to the welfare of our cat clients is evidnet in all that she does.
Phoebe Watt
(Assistant Manager)
Phoebe lives in Dennistoun and joined the team in 2023. Very organised and a hard worker, she is an asset to our busy team. A life-long love for cats makes this job ideal for her.
Colleen MacIntyre
(Cat Carer)
Colleen joined us in 2022 and lives in Bearsden. She was excited to find a job working with her favourite animal and is delighted to be a carer.
Rhianna HIggins
(Cat Carer)
Rhianna has been a dedicated feline care specialist since 2024, ensuring the health and happiness of every cat she looks after. She lives in the city centre.
