The business was founded by company director Emily whose love of cats and experience working under the management of Charlie from A Furry World in London led her to start Candyfloss Cats. In 2014 Emily's sister Lucy took over the south and east of the city as the business continued to expand. Candyloss Cats North West and Candyfloss Cats South East are run as two separate businesses under the umbrella of the brand name Candyfloss Cats.
Starting with cat clients Candy and Floss back in 2009, Candyfloss Cats now has a client base of just under 2000 homes in Glasgow and surrounding areas.
All carers are trained, insured and vetted with recent clear Scottish Disclosures. The team are covered by Pet Business Insurance and have qualifications in Cat First Aid Training. Each one of the visits are monitored and quality controlled by the managers of both branches so you can rest assured that no matter which carer visits your home, the quality of the service will remain consistantly high.
